Google extends free trial for Google Play Music and YouTube Red to 4 months

Google has offered pretty generous trials for its Google Play Music / YouTube Red services in the past, including up to 90 days for just $1, but this 4th of July weekend the deal became even sweeter. First spotted by 9to5Google, the free trial for the $9.99 a month unlimited music streaming service and ad-free YouTube experience has expanded to four months for new subscribers.
Getting unlimited streaming music and no ads on YouTube for a third of a year without having to pay anything is really one of the best deals in streaming. Since Google acquired Songza in 2014, the company's music service

Boost your android performance

KEEP YOUR ANDROID UP TO DATEBoost your android performance
If you haven’t updated your Android phone to the latest firmware, you should. Google brings great improvements to each new release of the Android operating system, including updates that ensure stability, higher performance speed and connectivity along with other user-friendly new features.
UPDATE YOUR APPS
Boost your android performance
You should regularly update your phone’s installed apps from Google Play. Try to get updates your apps when they are available in Google Play. Developers fix bugs and add features in new released versions of apps. Updated apps perform better and faster, and will less likely crash your phone.
UNINSTALL UNWANTED APPS
Every app you install in your phone take some storage space and runs some background processes.
Boost your android performance
The more storage space occupied or the more background processes running on your phone, the slower your phone’s performance.Don’t install apps you hardly use. Keep only the apps that you need and if you have got an app that isn’t really useful, you can uninstall or disable it.
USE LESS WIDGETS
Widgets are not apps, which only run once you choose to activate them. No, widgets are always running in the background; they are active all the time.Lots of widgets can cause your smartphone to run a bit slower than it could normally. Also realize that live widgets, or widgets that update frequently such as different weather widgets, can cost you more performance than some of the more stationary widgets. That being said, take a look at your widgets and maybe consider taking some of them off, or changing the update settings of your live widgets to less frequent.
LIVE WALLPAPERS = NO!
Live wallpapers slow down your smartphone, especially those running older hardware.Phones (from different manufacturers) come with different live wallpapers. But live wallpapers that are badly made will need more CPU cycles to run, thus draining the battery faster.
MANAGE GOOGLE SERVICES
Boost your android performance
An Android device automatically includes access to Google services including Books, Contacts, Currents, Gmail and Google+. A normal android user does’nt require all of these services,so turn them off and save from the trouble of downloading more data.
TURN OFF ANIMATIONS
Confused with the term animations?your phone screen actually fades out and in as you switch from one task to the other. To see this in action Go to Settings > Developer Options > Window Animation Scale > Animation scale 10x. Then choose Window Animation Scaleagain to see the fade in effect in ‘slow-mo’.When you choose Animation off, the screen just snaps to position without animation. You can also turn off Transition Animation Scale in the same way. If you are a heavy user, you’d probably notice that your Android performs faster with all animations off.

USE A TASK KILLER

Download any free Task Killer apps or TaskManagers from Google Play. Some of the good ones are Advanced Task Killer and Super Task Killer Free. Use a task killer to kill background processes and other apps that you don’t need or you don’t use.Set options to automatically kill unnecessary apps (based on your selections) after every set period of time.
CONCLUSIONBoost your android performance
Android phones are till now the best in class and mostly prefered by people around the globe. No matter what your phone specs are, these android phones eventually starts to slow down. If you follow the above steps you can actually boost you android performance and its battery as well!

Showing ads between your posts

If you want to show ads between your posts, first go to your Layouts tab. Then, in the "Blog Posts" section, click on "Edit." A pop-up window will appear with options to configure your blog posts. Check the box next to "Show Ads Between Posts." (Note: You must be signed up for AdSense before you can check this box.)
Once you check this box you'll see the configuration options for your ads. You can then select how often you would like ads to be shown after your posts.
For example, if you want ads to be displayed after every post, select "1" from the drop-down menu (please note that AdSense policy limits you to a total of 3 ad units per page, and Blogger will automatically prevent you from going over this limit). You can then select your ad format and colors. Once you have finished configuring your ads, click on the orange "Save" button.

Enable AdSense on your blog

You can make money with your blog by enabling AdSense. AdSense is Google's content-targeted advertising program. If you use AdSense, relevant ads will automatically be shown based on what your posts are about. For example, if you blog about baseball, you might see ads for “Major League Baseball memorabilia” next to your post. If you blog about painting, you might see ads for “Art Supplies.”

Enable AdSense for your blog

  1. Click on the Earnings tab from the drop-down menu on your dashboard.
  2. Earnings tab from the drop-down menu
  3. You’ll then see the AdSense overview page. If you haven’t signed up for AdSense yet, click Sign up for AdSense.
Can’t click Sign up for AdSense
If the Sign up for AdSense button is grayed out and you see a message that says “Your blog doesn’t currently qualify for AdSense,” it means your blog is not yet eligible to apply for AdSense. To use Adsense, blogs must meet certain quality and content standards. Review the AdSense eligibility checklist to make sure your blog meets the guidelines to use AdSense. Keep blogging and check back often to see if your blog has become eligible to use Adsense.
  4. Select whether you'd like AdSense on the Google Account you're currently signed in to, or if you'd like to create a new Google Account.
  5. Complete the application form, review the information you've provided, and then agree to terms and conditions.
Ads will not appear on your blog until your application has been approved. Once you receive confirmation that your application was approved, you can control the ways the ads show up on your blog through the settings on the Earnings tab at anytime. It’s up to you whether or not to show ads, and where on your blog to display those ads (sidebar and posts, just sidebar, or just posts) if you’re using Traditional templates. Dynamic Views users can skip this step, as we’ve already optimized ad placement for Dynamic Views templates.
To learn more about monetizing your blog, check out About the Blogger "Earnings" tab or About AdSense for your blog.
