1. If you remember your Your Email Account which use to create twitter account You can change password easily
2. If you can't change your password try to change through sms code.
3. if you can't access account  then suspend it.
4. if you access your account then go in setting panel and click on apps and click on revoke access.
5. Hackers can easily hack your account if you set your password sort or easy like "123456 ".
